ABOUT US
We are a young start-up from the ARTORG Center for Biomedical Engineering Research and our aim is to bring forward a novel device for measuring aortic valve leakage during surgery which will allow the surgeon to fix leaky valves before the heart is restarted and the patient is disconnected from the cardiopulmonary bypass system.

OUR SUCCESS
Venture Kick stage 1 & 2 Win
In August 2025 (stage I) and October 2025 (Stage II) we won the two first stages of the start-up competition Venture Kick organized by the charitable Kick Foundation, supported by a private consortium and operated by Venturelab. The final stage (stage III) is currently ongoing.

BRIDGE Proof of Concept grant
In August 2024, we have received a grant from the BRIDGE Proof of Concept funding for one year. This marks the begining of the development of our project. The goal of the following year is to validate our device on the first patients.
STAGE-UP WIN
In june 2024 we won the start-up competition Stage-Up organized by the entrepreneurship center of the University of Bern.
